Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, dynamic, and organized professional to serve as the Personal Assistant for a serial entrepreneur and their family. This unique role blends executive assistance with household management, overseeing both business and personal endeavors. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, adept at handling complex projects, managing diverse teams, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple domains, including business ventures, personal projects, and family needs.

Key Responsibilities
Executive Assistance

- Act as a trusted advisor and right-hand to the principal, assisting with all aspects related to business affairs.
-Liaise with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders as needed
-Plan and execute all travel arrangements, including personal and professional trips for principal and family members.

Operations Management
- Coordinate daily operations for both business and household activities, ensuring seamless communication and prioritization.
- Supervise and manage staff across various roles, including business employees, household staff, and childcare providers.
- Create and maintain systems for effective scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Develop KPIs and tracking mechanisms for ongoing projects to ensure accountability and transparency.

Household Oversight
- Manage household budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts for services such as property maintenance and security.
- Organize and oversee staff for family members, including drivers, assistants, and nannies.
- Ensure the household runs efficiently, addressing any issues or challenges promptly.
Support family needs, such as scheduling personal appointments, planning events, and coordinating travel.

Personal Support
-Serve as a liaison between the principal and family members to streamline communication and logistics.
-Assist with planning and managing philanthropic initiatives, donations, and community outreach.
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Job requirements

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a high-level administrative, operational, or leadership role, ideally in both corporate and household settings.
- Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial management, project management tools, and operational systems.
- Personal Traits: High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a service-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
